The hips are the major pivot point of the body, transferring forces from the ground, through your spine, and generating strength into your upper body. Melt away tightness in your hips and hamstrings with the Soma System® practice–a holistic self-bodywork method that fuses movement and meditation with the use of specially-designed tools. Restore balance to the back of the body by releasing tension in the deep lateral rotators, the outer and inner leg lines and especially the hamstrings and quads allowing the legs to more easily transfer and absorb ground force.
