How much joy and love can you handle? Joy is traditionally considered the most difficult of the Buddhist "four sublime attitudes" to cultivate. Unknowingly, we often maintain an unconscious glass ceiling preventing us from experiencing increased joy, love and happiness. Our nervous system, body and psyche are often wired to a certain ‘upper limit’ for goodness – based on the level of joy and happiness expressed or experienced in our family of origin. Meditation strengthens our vessel to rewire neural pathways and increase our pranic capacity to receive more goodness.
