If you have never explored YIN and this unique approach to practice, isn't it time to give it a try? Much of what we do in life is oriented towards action, muscularity and progress. YIN is oriented towards calm abidance, accessing the deeper terrain of the connective tissue and slows us down. The practice accesses the other 50% of our autonomic nervous system (ANS) called the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) which is already naturally YIN! We'll do this by holding a series of YIN poses, each 3-5 minutes. With stories, with explanations of why wrapped into the class we'll breathe & we'll explore what in YIN is called The Edge. Come and see and you'll be another of the growing tribe of YINsters who nods YES the next time someone asks you... Do U YIN?
