Limited Capacity seats available

This class will explore yoga philosophy as it relates to asana practice. It is geared towards those who have a long term yoga practice and are looking to deepen their asana experience through the integration of yoga history, theory, text, and practice. Higher level concepts of philosophy and subtle body will be analyzed and unpacked as well as how they relate to more advanced posture variations.

Dr. Christa Schwind has been studying South Asian Religions since 1999. She holds a PhD in Religious Studies from the University of Denver/Iliff School of Theology with a focus on Comparative Religions (and more specifically the identity of American yoga).
