Rim Trail Hike

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

One of the most scenic hikes in Snowmass Village, the Rim Trail will reward your effort during the long uphill climb with picturesque views of three converging valleys. The uphill starts right away as we climb switchbacks through scrub oak meadows and aspen groves. Our destination is the marble ying-yang, which sits overlooking the Elk Mountains. This is a perfect location to relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air. If we have time, we will practice either sitting mediation or yoga. The instructor will decide with the group which they prefer. After soaking in the views, we begin the descent back to Snowmass Village. The hike length is 1.5 hours and includes an elevation gain of roughly 1,800 feet.
