Join the YogaSlackers' daily handstand conditioning practice. This 15 minute conditioning class will focus on exercises to improve your handstand practice, even if you have never ever done a single handstand! This class is not about standing on your hands. It's about exercising the muscles that will eventually allow you to float into a perfect balanced handstand. Learn fun ways to increase your balance, stability, core strength, flexibility and overall condition while working as a team and playing.

No experience required. Open to all levels... trust us, we will find a way to challenge even the most advanced practitioner.
