Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

Fascia is that gooey, watery ubiquitous connective tissue matrix stuff that wraps every cell in your body...every bone, organ, tendon & ligament! Get more acquainted with YOUR personal fascial bodystocking with this series of YIN poses & pranayama to open up, find more space and get your inner energetics moving better!
