Intention: our individual and unique force that fuels action. In this guided meditation we will explore the relationship of thought and response, while connecting breath with expression. This 40-minute meditation will begin with a brief introduction to intention, moving into a 20-minute gently guided meditation period. We will seal the meditation with an open dialogue.
