“Let Go” may be a popular #hashtag or blog title…but, it is damn hard! The mind is built to cling to pleasure and familiarity and resist pain. This is the nature of the game. There’s nothing wrong with you if you’re holding on, clinging, resisting or even wallowing. This is a natural tendency (samskara). However, the yogi chooses freedom by taking more skillful action. The practice of letting go requires great discipline to strengthen our vessel (physical, mental and emotional), surrender to a force greater than ourselves (Isvara Pranidhana) and trust exactly “what is”. Learn a potent meditation to release difficult, unresolved emotions, physical tension, old stories and behaviors that no longer serve you. Free up blocked prana and move forward with more ease, clarity and grace.
