No two bodies on earth are alike, yet we sometimes get the message that yoga is only for certain shapes and sizes. Great for beginners or to brush up on foundational queues, this class will explore yoga as the art form and tool it truly is, from all levels and angles. In a supportive, non-competitive environment, learn the core of a solid practice through alignment, core awareness and breathing techniques, including the basic principles of sun salutes A and B and how this is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Also discussed will be the preparation, inner queues and dissection of the fundamentals of standing poses, backbends, twists and inversions. Through patience, compassion and awareness - yoga truly comes from the inside out.
